To reset your password:
Go to Login and click "Forgot Password".
Fill in your email address and click "Reset".
An email will be sent to you, as long as there is an existing account associated with the address that you have provided.
If you are having trouble locating your email we recommend doing the following:
- Waiting 15 minutes or so for the email to come through.
- Checking your junk/spam folder.
- Double-checking the email address that you have entered.
- Trying again for good measure.
- Contacting your email provider and checking that you are able to receive our emails.
