Auctioneers may decide to block bidders from their auction house.
They have the facility to do so internally, but can also let other auctioneers on our platform know if a bidder is a non-payer.
If an auction house has placed a block on your account because you have not fully paid your invoice, no matter what your reason, you will no longer be automatically approved into future sales across our platform.
You will still be able to bid in other auctions, however you must first get manually approved by each individual auction house.
We'll drop you an email to let you know about your block, so that you can get in touch with the auctioneer and arrange payment or resolve any issues.
Once there are no remaining blocks on your account, your non-payment flag will automatically be removed on Easy Live Auction and you will be auto-approved into future auctions.
